1. General Refund Policy

PolyMint generally does not provide refunds for subscription fees, one-time purchases, or credit purchases. This policy is in place due to the high operational costs associated with our AI services, which are powered by expensive GPU infrastructure and advanced machine learning algorithms.

2. Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Our AI-powered 3D model generation service incurs significant costs for every processing request:

  • High-performance GPU compute resources for AI model inference
  • Advanced machine learning algorithms and neural network processing
  • Cloud infrastructure and data storage costs
  • Continuous research and development to improve our AI models
  • Quality assurance and technical support systems

3. Exceptional Circumstances

While refunds are generally not available, we may consider exceptions in certain circumstances. If you believe your situation warrants a refund, please contact us with a detailed explanation.

3.1 When to Request a Refund

You may request a refund if you experience:

  • Technical issues preventing you from using the service that we cannot resolve
  • Billing errors or unauthorized charges
  • Service interruptions lasting more than 7 consecutive days

If your refund request is approved, we will process it within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Subscription Cancellation

While we don't offer refunds for current billing periods, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.

6. Credit Usage

Credits that have been used to generate 3D models cannot be refunded, as they represent actual computational resources and AI processing that have been consumed.

7. Free Trial and Free Tier

Our free tier and any promotional credits are provided at no cost and are not eligible for refunds. These offerings allow you to test our service before making a purchase decision.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider instead of contacting us directly, we may suspend your account until the matter is resolved. We encourage users to contact our support team first to address any billing concerns.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
